Blitz antidroga tra Sicilia e Campania: colti 15 arresti

In Sicilia, Campania, Toscana, and Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Guardia di Finanza is carrying out an anti-mafia operation called ‘Oleandro’. Over 120 finance officers from the provincial command of Catania and the Gico are executing a pre-trial detention order issued by the judge of the capital of Catania at the request of the Dda against 15 suspects. The offenses hypothesized, to varying degrees, are mafia association, usury, drug trafficking, and money laundering through the re-investment of illicit proceeds in economic activities. In total, there are 26 suspects. The precautionary measure is being carried out in the provinces of Catania, Caltanissetta, Arezzo, Naples, and Udine.
